GetInLove.com Affiliate Agreement

Getinlove.com Affiliate Agreement governs your participation in the Getinlove.com Affiliate Program. Getinlove.com Affiliate Program (the "Affiliate Program") is operated by Getinlove.com. In this agreement, the terms "Participant", "you" and "your" refer to you (the applicant), and the "sponsoring URL" refers to the Web site from which you will link to Getinlove.com pursuant to the Affiliate Program.

Joining
1) To join Getinlove.com affiliate program, you need to fill out the application form completely with the requested information.

2) Getinlove.com requires SSN for US and Canadian Affiliates.

3) Getinlove.com will evaluate the application and will notify the affiliate of the acceptance or rejection through email.

4) Getinlove.com will email Affiliate's user name, password and ID once the application is accepted.

5) Getinlove.com reserves the right to reject any application based on the following reasons:

Sponsoring URL promoting violence;
Sponsoring URL promoting any illegal activities;
Sponsoring URL promoting any kind of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
Sponsoring URL promoting nudity, pornography or any explicit sexual content;
Sponsoring URL engaged in any spamming or unsolicited email practices;
Sponsoring URL violates intellectual property rights;
For any other reason deemed to be reasonable to Getinlove.com.

6) Even after your acceptance as an affiliate, Getinlove.com reserves the right to cancel the agreement any time should the sponsoring URL gets involved in any of the above subjects. Such cancellation shall result in the forfeiture of any accumulated unpaid commission.

Affiliate Account
1) The sole purpose of this agreement is a commercial transaction whereby the sponsoring URL will refer members to Getinlove.com in return for Commission paid through Getinlove.com.

2) Getinlove.com Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the email address and password that is designated as their login combination.

3) Getinlove.com Affiliates are solely responsible for any activity going on in their account.

4) Getinlove.com Affiliates agree to immediately notify Getinlove.com of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

5) Getinlove.com will not be held responsible and will not be liable for any mishandling of the account and any loss or damage arising from affiliate's failure to comply with this provision.

6) Getinlove.com Affiliates cannot accept any subscription information on their site. It has to be done only at Getinlove.com form at its site due to customer privacy policy.

7) Getinlove.com Affiliates cannot publish Getinlove.com membership prices on their sites. We will honor only the prices listed on Getinlove.com.

8) Getinlove.com Affiliates will have no access to any of the members' information even though they are referred by their sponsoring site.

Affiliate Commission
1) Commission structure will be based on the revenue generated on FIRST / INITIAL purchase by NEW PAID members referred to Getinlove.com by the sponsoring URL.

2) Getinlove.com Affiliates will receive the percentage ONLY on the INITIAL subscriptions. Any orders following the initial purchase will not generate anything.

3) Getinlove.com Affiliates will earn ONLY on PAID members.

4) Getinlove.com Affiliates will NOT be paid anything on the traffic at the sponsoring site.

5) Commission will be calculated and paid on a monthly basis. It will be done so in the last week of every month.

6) Getinlove.com will be paying commissions only in US CURRENCY.

7) Getinlove.com Affiliates will be issued the commissions ONLY when the amount reaches US $50.00. In such case, anything less than US $50.00 will be carried over to the next month till the amount reaches US $50.00.

8) Payments will be made according to Getinlove.com's Affiliate Report, which numbers are final and may not be disputed.

9) Getinlove.com reserves the right to refuse any payment in cases of fraudulent activity or where sponsoring URL has violated Getinlove.com's Business Principles, as stated above.

10) Getinlove.com Affiliates will be entitled to 75% on the INITIAL subscription of NEW PAID members.

11) Getinlove.com Affiliates are eligible to earn 100% ONLY when the sponsoring site brings in 35 or more PAID members.

12) Getinlove.com will NOT paying any more than 100%.

13) Getinlove.com Affiliates' commission will get affected by any charge backs on member's credit card or cancellation of membership.

14) Please note all Getinlove.com subscription prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE any time without notice. Also note, Getinlove.com may offer special offers and discounts in its sole discretion. But commissions are calculated and paid out based upon the actual subscription price purchased.

Referral Affiliate
1) Getinlove.com Affiliates' can refer themselves to other websites and make them an Affiliate too. You will earn 5% on second tier.

2) Getinlove.com Referral Affiliate must apply to the Affiliate program during a session initiated on the sponsoring site.

3) Getinlove.com Referral Affiliate MUST be a legitimate third party participant and not a family or friend.

4) Getinlove.com reserves the right to refuse the payment should Getinlove.com determine in its sole discretion that the relationship between you and your referral Affiliate is not legitimate.

5) If any Referral Affiliate resigns or if there is a charge back on the account, the calculated fee will be deducted from the commission.

Members Information
1) Getinlove.com is solely responsible for its members' privacy and will not tolerate any third party interferrence.

2) Getinlove.com is solely responsible for pricing, problem resolution regarding members' orders. Getinlove.com is not responsible for any representations made by any third party and contradicting Getinlove.com's policies.

Membership Subscriptions
Getinlove.com reserves the rights to determine and modify the subscription prices. Prices may vary from time to time as determined in Getinlove.com's sole discretion.

Authority
Nothing in this agreement will serve to grant you any authority to act on behalf of Getinlove.com. You will remain independent of Getinlove.com at all times. You are an independent contractor and nothing in this agreement is intended to or will create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between an Affiliate and Getinlove.com.

Technical
Although Getinlove.com always makes reasonable efforts to keep its site operational. Getinlove.com will not be held responsible for any technical interruptions or difficulties.

Spam Policy
Getinlove.com has a strict No Spam Policy (link no spam policy). Affiliates are forbidden to use any Getinlove.com's name or any of its property or material for spamming. Getinlove.com reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement in case any Affiliate is found responsible for spamming.

Term
This agreement shall commence on the day it is entered into by the Affiliate and shall continue until terminated either by the Affiliate or Getinlove.com as provided herein.

Modifications
Getinlove.com reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion. Such changes will be effective when posted. Getinlove.com will not be required to notify the Affiliates of any changes to the Agreement other than by posting the revised Agreement as described.

Disclaimer
Getinlove.com makes no warranties, representations or conditions with regard to its Affiliate Program, whether express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement or any implied warranty arising out of course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade.

Damages
Getinlove.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising by or from this agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising out of or with respect to this agreement or the Affiliate Program shall in no event exceed the total Commissions actually paid by us to you under this agreement.
