No Spam Policy

To "spam" is to send e-mail to people who have not specifically requested it. Getinlove.com affiliate accounts are not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense that Getinlove.com does not take lightly.
"Spamming or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to Getinlove.com is STRICTLY prohibited. Getinlove.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. Any service interruptions as a result of affiliate spamming will be billed to the affiliate at $50.00 per hour until service is restored. The affiliate will also be in violation of the Getinlove.com's affiliate Agreement and subject to legal action."
Affiliates may not send out any email containing Getinlove.com’s name or branding or any other Getinlove.com Intellectual Property. In the event that you would like to pursue the opportunity to market the sponsoring Web site by email using Getinlove.com’s name or branding, please contact Getinlove.com as indicated in the Section 18 (Notice) of the Affiliate Agreement. In the event that you meet certain criteria, and agree to sign an addendum to this Agreement regarding email practices, including, among other things, compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, Getinlove.com may permit you to send emails using Getinlove.com’s name and/or branding. However, Getinlove.com reserves the right to reject any such request in its sole discretion.
If a Getinlove.com affiliate account is used to spam, and Getinlove.com is notified, that affiliate account will be terminated. The affiliate will not be issued any further payment, and affiliate will not be given access to his account.
There's more to spam than just sending e-mail. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages can also be classified as spam, and are not permitted for the Getinlove.com affiliates.
If you have received an unsolicited e-mail from a Getinlove.com affiliate, tell us. Forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to info@getinlove.com. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender.
